Announcing a policy change...
Effective December 1, 2010, Horizon Regional will not longer be issuing rebates for the replacement of swamp coolers with refrigerated air conditioning, for the purchase of low water use clothes washers or toilets, or for the replacement of turf areas with xeriscaping.
Trash Pickup
• Monday and Thursday- Horizon city area
• Wednesday and Saturday- the Paseos
• Tuesday and Friday- El Paso Hills
